Don't jump right into making it. First, open up your child's world of imagination:

Step-by-Step Construction

1. Setting Up the Ground

Place a large piece of cardboard on the floor. This will be the ground of your city. If you like, you can paint it together to create grass, roads, or a lake.

2. Buildings and Cubes

Fold the cardboards to make cubes or use small boxes. Draw windows, add doors.

The important thing here is:

3. Castle and Towers

Toilet paper rolls work great here. You can make towers by adding triangular roofs on top.
